U.S. Congressman Tom Suozzi toured the District facilities and shared the good news that the District’s federal funding request passed the House Committee on Appropriations. We hope to have it reach the floor soon for a vote.
Grant for Water Quality Improvement Project
Port Washington Water Pollution Control District is pleased to announce that it was awarded $5,856,000.00 under the Water Quality Improvement Project (WQIP) grant program, one of 187 projects to improve water quality across the state.
